Moving up
Your tier is reviewed on the 1st of every month based on the previous month's total deposits. Hit the next threshold and you move up automatically, and the higher rebate applies from that day.
Black tier is by invitation from your account manager.
Keeping your tier
Keep at least half your tier's monthly deposit to stay in it. If you fall short for two months in a row, you move down one tier. You'll get a message before that happens.
